Vice Chairman – Diana Goldsmith

Harvey and I have been members of Central Synagogue since 2000.

We had previously been members for 16 years at St John’s Wood.

Coming into a new community can be challenging but we feel very fortunate that we felt at home in a short space of time.

Within a few years we became more involved in the fabric of the shul and became members of the Council.

During Covid I started a community WhatsApp so that we could keep in touch with each other and am delighted that this continues today with weekly greetings.

I am both honoured and delighted to have been given the role of Vice Chairman and look forward to working alongside my fellow Honorary Officers together with Rabbi and Rebbetzin Lerer and Chazan Steven Leas.
