Our Shared Past – 25th November

OUR SHARED PAST

WILLESDEN JEWISH CEMETERY TOGETHER WITH CENTRAL SYNAGOGUE

A once in a generation project is under way at the historic Willesden Cemetery to showcase London’s Jewish community since Victorian times.

In this special talk, introduced by Jonathan Metliss, Project Leader Hester Abrams will share some of the challenges and excitements of turning the cemetery into a heritage site for the public.

Join us for an opportunity to uncover Willesden’s particular connections with Central Synagogue, to contribute your own stories and learn how you can help make history come alive.
