Photos from last night’s CONNECT: Self-Made

Over one hundred people gathered together at the BDO Offices on Baker Street for an evening of learning and discussion last night, 30 November.

The three breakout sessions were offered by; Leonie Lewis spoke about how the JVN went from conception to reality, Rabbi Moshe Freedman discussed “Self-made man: Where does God come in?”and Rabbi Moshe Mayerfeld explored “Music, Alcohol and Sexuality” – Judaism’s outlook on engagement with the physical world.

After a light buffet supper, a thoroughly entertaining discussion took place about being ‘Self-made’. Henry Grunwald OBE QC chaired the panel and was joined by Judy Ironside MBE, Richard Desmond and Harvey Goldsmith CBE.
