Join food blogger Hanna Goldsmith (www.buildingfeasts.com) as she demonstrates how to build a Rosh Hashanah menu.

With tips on easy entertaining, Hanna will make a selection of dishes including Chicken with punes and apples, jewelled rice and majestic honey cake. She will open up her kitchen to 10 people and demonstrate some simple yet impressive dishes that can be easily prepared and scaled up for a crowd.
