Rabbi Marcus summarizes the contents of parashat Tzav. It is a continuation of the laws of the offerings made in the mishkan and special mention of the korban tamid, the daily offering which we are reminded of in our modern day Synagogues by the ner tamid, the everlasting light.

This Shabbat is also Shabbat Hagadol, the Shabbat immediately preceding Pesach.
