Rabbi Marcus MBE – Mishpatim

As the name suggests – Mishpatim (justice) sets forth the laws necessary to create and maintain a just and fair society.  It is worth noting that in Torah there is no distinction between ‘religious’ and ‘civil’ law. (In fact there is no terminology in the Torah for religion nor the concept of civil law).
