The Sidra is a continuation of the negotiations between Pharaoh, Moshe and Aaron in an effort to secure the freedom of our people.  During each of the previous seven plagues, Pharaoh seemed ready to agree to free our people from slavery but no sooner had the plague ended and Pharaoh changed his mind.
