Rabbi Marcus – Haazinu

 

This week’s Sedra consists of one chapter with the first 43 verses written in poetic form and known as ‘Shirat Ha’azinu’ (literally the song of Ha’azinu) and is Moshe’s farewell song.  The portion concludes with G‑d commanding Moses to climb Mount Nebo, from where he would see the Promised Land before his passing.
