The overall topic for the 7 weeks will be:
‘The Seven Species and their relevance today’
Each session is an independent topic so attendance at previous sessions is not required for understanding or enjoyment of later sessions.
Jacqueline Feldman, the Rebbetzen of Bushey, along with her husband Rabbi Elchonon Feldman, lead the United Synagogue’s second largest community.
She attended Hasmonean High School in London, Bnos Chava Seminary in Jerusalem and received a BSc in Neuroscience from Kings College London. She is a graduate of the Kol Soroh Suzie Bradfield Programme and recently the Chief Rabbi’s Ma’ayan Programme. She particularly enjoyed the Ma’ayan training which looked at medical science alongside the Jewish laws which are relevant to this.
She has worked with children and adults with special needs, in a formal setting as SENCo of a secondary school and in camps informally.
Jacqueline is passionate about education, combining her love for Medical Science and Judaism. She plays the harp, loves arts and crafts and spending time with her wonderful family.
